4. Purchases and Payments

If you choose to purchase a numerology report or other paid Services, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). We do not store your full credit card information. By submitting your payment information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Cosmic Numerals, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

FURTHER, Cosmic Numerals DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF THE USE OF THE MATERIALS ON ITS WEBSITE OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO SUCH MATERIALS OR ON ANY SITES LINKED TO THIS SITE. THE INFORMATION AND REPORTS PROVIDED ARE BASED ON NUMEROLOGICAL PRINCIPLES AND ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT AND PERSONAL EXPLORATION PURPOSES ONLY. OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cosmic Numerals and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of a) your use and access of the Service, or b) a breach of these Terms.
